The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Arthur Henry Page.

Mr. Page is described as an 83-year-old, grey-haired, brown-eyed, black male who stands at about 5’09” tall and weighs about 200 lbs.  He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a grey shirt on February 23, 2023, in the 3000 block of W. Mockingbird Lane.  He was driving a grey Chevrolet Cruze bearing Pennsylvania license plate number LLN-1582.  Mr. Page may be confused and in need of assistance.

Flock cameras showed him to be in Fort Worth as of February 25th, 2023 at 6:41 a.m.
