On March 23, 2023, at around 3:30 a.m., Dallas Police responded to the 1600 block of Regal Row for a call of a shooting.

The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found two men shot.

One man was taken to a local hospital, another man died at the scene.

The name of the victim is not being released until family notifications are made.

This is an ongoing investigation and is documented under case number 048792-2023.
