The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the above individual.

On March 27, 2023, at about 8:00 pm, Ms. Houston was last seen in the 2900 block of Midway Plaza. Ms. Houston left the area on foot. She may be confused and in need of assistance.

Ms. Houston is described as a 71-year-old black female. She is 5’11”, 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a light-colored scarf, a long black leather jacket, a black dress, and black and white Nike flip flops
