The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Mr. Kevin Scott Plummer.

Mr. Plummer is described as a 56-year-old, blonde and gray-haired, blue-eyed, white man, who stands at about 5’08” tall and weighs about 170 lbs.

Mr. Plummer was last seen on May 2, 2023, at about 12:00 pm, on foot in the 18000 block of Carrollwood Drive.  He was wearing a blue shirt, and gray pants, and was holding a cup.  He may be in need of assistance.
