Update: 6/15/2023

Dallas Police are looking to identify and speak with the drivers of these two vehicles who may have been in the area of this fatal hit-and-run. Anyone with information regarding this investigation is asked to contact Detective E. Knight at 214 671 0020 or via email at Eric.Knight@Dallaspolice.gov.

The victim has been identified as James Stockton, 51 years old.

On June 11, 2023, at approximately 10:00 pm an unknown vehicle (possibly a pick up truck) was driving westbound in the 9200 block of Lake June Road.  The vehicle hit a pedestrian and left the location.  The pedestrian died at the scene. The suspect vehicle should have front end damage.
