Dallas Police are asking for the public’s help to locate Leonard Lamar Neal, 41, the suspect in an abduction of two children.
Neal is wanted for Aggravated Kidnapping, Kidnapping, and Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.
Anyone with information on his location- call 911.
