On August 20, 2023, at approximately 10:40 pm, Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 1600 block of Gaylord Drive.

The preliminary investigation determined Alfredo Garay was shot during an argument.

The investigation is ongoing and the case will be referred to a Grand Jury.
