On August 26, 2023, at about 7:30 a.m., Dallas Police responded to an accident call in the 2800 block of Ladybird Lane.  The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found Cesar Augusto Alvarez Bravo, 24, in a car, dead from a gunshot wound.

The investigation is ongoing and documented on case number 153795-2023.
