The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the above individual, Donald Ricketts.

On August 28th, 2023 at about 9:00 am, Mr. Ricketts was last seen in the 2300 block of Freeland Way in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Ricketts left the area on foot. He may be confused and in need of assistance.

Mr. Ricketts is described as a 71-year-old white male. He is 5’09”, 165lbs, with blue eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a red/white/blue long-sleeved shirt, khaki pants, and carrying a black cane.
