The Dallas Police Department continues to investigate the 1995 murder of 48-year-old Frank Carnell Jr.

On August 6, 1995, Mr. Carnell was shot and killed in the 13700 block of Maham Road. Carnell was working as a security officer at the apartments and was shot multiple times as he was doing his nightly patrol.
