The man who died has been identified as 18-year-old Kevin Jaramillo.

On August 30, 2023, at approximately 3:20 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 4400 block of Lemmon Avenue.

The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found two men shot.

Both were taken to a local hospital where one man died.

The second man was last listed in stable condition.

The investigation is ongoing and the case will be referred to a Grand Jury.

The case is documented under case number 156271-2023.
