On September 9, 2023, Cirilo Espinoza, 37, was arrested and charged with Murder.

Original Post:

On September 7, 2023, at approximately 9:05 am, Dallas Police were dispatched to the 9500 block of Brockbank Drive for a stabbing.  The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived they found 26-year-old Alex Rodriguez, who had been stabbed inside an apartment. Dallas Fire Rescue responded and the man died at the scene.  

The investigation is ongoing.
