Update: 10/24/23

On October 9, 2023, at approximately 6:55 AM, officers responded to a call for service in the 3600 block of Frank Street.

The preliminary investigation determined the suspect, driving a dark color SUV, possibly an older model BMW, ran over the victim and left the location. The victim, Stephanie Whitlock, 44, was transported to a local hospital for further medical treatment.

On October 24, 2023, the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office notified the Dallas Police Homicide Unit that Whitlock died from her injuries.

The Aggravated Assault offense will be reclassified as a Murder.

The preliminary investigation determined the suspect may go by the name of “Gigi” and is described as a black male, early 30s, and approximately 5’4” in height.

Dallas Police are asking for the public’s help in an Aggravated Assault at 3600 Frank Street.

On October 9th, 2023, at approximately 6:55 AM, officers responded to a call for service in the 3600 block of Frank Street.

The preliminary investigation determined the suspect, driving a dark color SUV, possibly an older model BMW, ran over the victim and left the location. The victim was transported to a local hospital for further medical treatment.

The investigation determined the suspect may go by the name of “Gigi” and is described as a black male, early 30s, and approximately 5’4” in height.
