The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the above individual.

On 9/24/2023, Grafton Tinsley was last seen in the 2200 block of Cedar Crest Blvd.  He may be in need of assistance. Tinsley is an 88-year-old man. He is 5’10” and weighs 180 lbs with brown eyes and black hair.
