Update: November 21, 2023:

On November 17, 2023, Dallas Police arrested Alejandro Deleon, 30, and charged him with Murder. He was taken to the Dallas County Jail.

On November 14, 2023, at around 4:00 am, Dallas Police responded to the 5300 block of Parry Avenue.

The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived they found 24-year-old Marco Ramirez shot at the scene. Ramirez was taken to a local hospital where he died. Further investigation determined the man’s vehicle was stolen from his home, he followed the suspect(s) to the 5300 block of Parry Avenue where he was shot. The stolen vehicle was located in the 5200 block of Parry Avenue, the suspect(s) left the scene.
