Suspect Wanted for Robbery at Chaucer Place

On June 26, 2017 at approximately 6:38 p.m., the pictured suspect robbed and beat the victim in the 7100 block of Chaucer Place. The victim was violently assaulted by the suspect and knocked unconscious. The suspect went through the victim’s pockets and took his property.  The victim survived his injuries.

The suspect is described as a Black male, 18-20 years old, 5’10” tall, and 180 pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing a blue hooded jacket, black Adidas pants, and black tennis shoes.

The suspect drove a charcoal grey Ford Focus with black rims and dark tint.

Aggravated Robbery Suspect(s) Sought

On July 1, 2017, at 9:40 a.m., an elderly female victim was robbed and severely beaten in the 5000 block of Second Avenue.  The suspect, Black male, 6’1”, 220-240 lbs, stole a large amount of cash and property from the victim.  The victim sustained multiple serious injuries from being beaten by the suspect and was transported to a local hospital.  The victim is expected to recover from her injuries.   

The suspect vehicle is a silver newer model Chevrolet Traverse SUV, with dark tint, no front plate, and a temporary paper plate.

Detectives are working to determine if multiple suspects may have been involved.

Suspect Wanted for Armed Robbery

On May 23, 2017 the Smart Mart, located in the 2300 block of Oates Drive, was robbed at gunpoint.  The suspect pointed a handgun at the cashier and demanded money from the register.  The cashier was unharmed during the offense.

The suspect is described as a Latin male, 5’8”-5’10”, 160-175 lbs., wearing a white rag on his head, dark colored sweatshirt, khaki pants, brown work boots, and sunglasses.

Suspect Wanted in Homicide and Aggravated Robberies

The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the wanted suspect and the suspect vehicle in the below video.

On 10-24-2016 at approximately 9:35pm complainant Adan Zavala was shot and killed at 9747 Forest Ln in the apartment breezeway at the Courtyard Village apartments. A silver 2007-08 Toyota possibly a Yaris was seen driving through the complex occupied by 2 B/M’s.

On 11-15-2016 at approximately 2:35pm complainant Puente Fernando was shot at the Madison Apartments located at 12800 Jupiter Road.

On 04/24/2017 at approximately 9:25pm complainant Armando Ruiz-Chavez was robbed at gunpoint at 9747 Forest Lane at the Courtyard Village Apartments. This complainant was also shot during the robbery.

On 05/06/2017 at approximately 1:20pm complainant Jose Ortega was robbed at gunpoint at 13230 Pandora Drive at the Montecito Apartments. Complainant Ortega was also shot during the robbery.

The above listed offenses were all committed by one or two B/M suspects between the ages of 25-30 5’8 to 6’0 tall all described as slender build.

Possible suspect vehicle a 2007-2008 Toyota, possibly a Yaris, silver in color with black tires.

Red Bird Suites Motel Robbery

On April 18, 2017, at approximately 1:50 a.m., two unknown suspects robbed the Red Bird Suites Motel in the 3800 block of W. Ledbetter Drive. The suspects pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded money. No one was injured during this offense.

Suspect #1 is described as a Black male in his 20’s, 5’8″ tall, chubby build, with a goatee and a medium complexion. The suspect was wearing a black hoodie, white t-shirt, black shorts, and a black beanie hat.

Suspect #2 is described as a Black male in his 20’s, 6’2″ tall, thin build, modern high-top fade haircut, light skin, with a tattoo on his right arm above elbow. The suspect was last seen wearing a black shirt with white horizontal lines and black shorts.

Press Conference Regarding Serial Bank Robberies

The Dallas FBI Violent Crimes Task Force is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying serial bank robbery suspects who are believed to be responsible for up to seven bank robberies since mid-December. Seven robberies were in the Dallas area and one was in Fort Smith, Arkansas. North Texas Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $15,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of these individuals.

Suspect #1 is described as a White male in his late 20’s or early 30’s, 6’0″– 6’4” tall, approximately 210 pounds, with a medium build, light complexion, and short, blonde hair. He has worn a sweatshirt or jacket in each robbery with a ball cap or sunglasses to conceal his identity. Suspect was armed with a handgun. 4

Suspect #2 is described as a White male 6’0″ wearing a black ball cap, black ski mask only covering the lower part of his face, armed with a revolver.

In all of the robberies, the suspects demanded money verbally, obtained an undisclosed amount of cash, and fled on foot. In most of robberies the suspects displayed handguns.  In the last two offenses the suspects fired shots inside the banks. To date, no one has been injured.

Suspects Wanted in Pizza Patron Robbery

On January 17, 2017 at about 12:15 p.m., the Pizza Patron located in the 5500 block of Maple Avenue was robbed at knife point. The suspects demanded an employee give them money from the register.  No one was injured during the commission of this offense. 

Suspect #1 is described a White male 25-30 years old, 5’7″ tall, athletic build, green t-shirt, navy zip-up hoodie, blue jeans, red and black shoes with reflective parts, and a baseball hat with red bill.

Suspect #2 is described as a White male 23-28 years old, 5’7″ tall, thin build, black hair, white t-shirt, multi-colored jacket, khaki pants, brown house shoes, and white beanie.

Surveillance Video Catches Armed Robbery Suspects

On January 21, 2017 at 4:45 a.m., armed suspects committed a home invasion style robbery at a residence located in the 2400 block of Lea Crest Drive.  The suspects fired multiple shots at the homeowner.  The homeowner returned fire and the suspects ran from the home and entered a vehicle parked a short distance from the residence. The homeowner was uninjured during the commission of this offense.

Suspect #1 is described as a Black female about 5’5” tall, 180 pounds, 20-25 years of age, light skin, heavy-set, possibly blonde colored weaved hair, wearing a long-sleeve white or tan shirt with buttons and tan blue jeans.

Suspect #2 is described as a Black male, 5’10” tall, 160 pounds, 20-25 years of age, thin build, wearing a beanie cap and a long- sleeve jacket.

Suspect #3 is described as a Black male, 5’8” tall, 200 pounds, 20-25 years of age, stocky build, wearing a gray hoodie and black beanie cap.

There were more suspects involved in this offense, but descriptions are unavailable at this time.

The suspect vehicle is described as a dark colored newer model four-door sedan.

Suspects Wanted in Robbery Spree

On December 10, 2016 at approximately 6:20 a.m., three suspects robbed the Shell Gas Station located in the 3900 block of North Hampton Road at gunpoint. The suspects pointed handguns at the clerk and demanded cash and property.  

Suspect #1 is described as a Black male, 5’9″-5’10”, 140-160 lbs., 20-25 years of age wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and black or gray pants. This suspect was carrying a black Levi’s backpack with a red stripe.

These suspects are also wanted in connection with three additional Aggravated Robberies of businesses which occurred today, December 10, 2016, between 6:20 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. The same suspects robbed the Taco Bell in the 3200 block of Fort Worth Avenue, the Family Dollar in the 8000 block of Ferguson Road and the Taco Bueno in the 2600 block of South Buckner Boulevard.  All of these offenses were committed at gunpoint.

On November 30, 2016 at approximately 4:45 a.m., the suspect entered the 7-Eleven located in the 5500 block of E. Grand Avenue and pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded money from the register.

The suspect is described as a Black male, 25-30 years of age, 5’10” weighing about 170 pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, black sweat pants, and black shoes with blue laces.
