Insurance Burglars In Pleasant Grove

The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two burglary suspects that were captured by the victim’s surveillance video.

On July 13, 2018 at approximately 1:20 a.m., the suspects forced entry into an insurance company located in the 2500 block of S. Buckner Blvd. The suspects then used a sledge hammer to open the victim’s safe and took approximately $2000.00. It is believed the suspects are responsible for multiple burglaries of insurance companies in the Pleasant Grove area of southeast Dallas. This offense is documented on Dallas Police case number 152786-2018.

Do You Know This Burglary Suspect?

On May 5, 2018 at about 8:00 a.m., the suspect pried open the door to a local business located in the 1500 block of North Cockrell Hill Road and took several pairs of Versace sunglasses and a laptop. The vehicle in the video appears to be a Green Kia SUV, possible a Kia Soul, with a red dealer advertisement tag in the front license plate holder. This offense is documented on case number 094933-2018.

Safe Burglars Caught on Camera

Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects seen in these photos taken from surveillance video. On March 26, 2018 at about 3:00 a.m., the suspects entered the business located in the 3900 block of S. Cockrell Hill Road. The suspects can be seen on video breaking in to the business with a crow bar then taking the safe. The suspects appear to be two Black males. This offense is documented on case number 063242-2018.

  • Suspect #1 Black male, about 5’10” to 6’00” tall, about 30 to 40 years old, heavy build wearing a gray hooded sweat shirt and jeans.
  • Suspect #2 Black male, about 6’00” tall, about 20 to 25 years old, slim build, wearing a black sweat shirt and a two-toned baseball cap possibly green and yellow.

Hardware Tools Stolen

On June 1, 2018 at around 3 am, the pictured suspect broke into a business in the 1700 block of Empire Central. The suspect was seen driving the white panel van and break entry into the garage. The suspect stole a large amount of hardware tools. The suspect appears to be a Latin male, between 20 – 30 years old, has a bald head and possibly a goatee. Identity of Business Burglary Suspect Sought

On May 6, 2018, at about 6:00 p.m., the suspect entered a local business parking lot in the 4500 block of Bronze Way and broke into three trucks. The suspect then drove one of the trucks through the roll up doors, forcing entry into the building. The suspect hooked a flatbed trailer from the business to the stolen truck and left the location. The truck had GPS and was later recovered in Ft. Worth, TX.

Safe Burglars Caught on Video

On May 29, 2018 at about 5:00 a.m., the suspects walked up to the front porch of the business located in the 3700 block of Northwest Highway before covering their faces and entering the closed business. The suspects went into the office and took a safe containing expensive jewelry and other valuables. The suspects appear to be Black males in their late 30’s to early 40’s. The suspects were possibly in a black Chrysler 300. This offense is documented on case number 114568-2018.

Suspect Caught Stealing Tip Jar

The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the burglary suspect seen in these images taken from the victim’s surveillance video.

On May 8, 2018, at approximately 6:00 a.m., the suspect broke into the Formosa restaurant located at 5405 N. Jim Miller Rd., and stole a tip jar and a toolbox. The suspect was captured on video buying food two days prior to the burglary. This offense is documented on Dallas Police case number 097289-2018.

Burglary Suspects’ Identities Sought

On January 14, 2018 at approximately 5:00 a.m., the suspects forced entry into the Oportun Loans located at 2959 S. Buckner Blvd., and attempted to break into the safe. This offense is documented on Dallas Police case number 009900-2018. Approximately ten minutes later the same suspects broke into a second Oportun Loans located at 10325 Lake June Rd., and attempted a second safe burglary. This offense is documented on Dallas Police case number 009903-2018. The suspect vehicle used in these offenses is a white four door sedan, possibly a white Chrysler 300.

M Street Area Burglar Caught on Video

The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect wanted for several residential burglaries. On January 30, 2018 between 11:55 a.m. and 12:15 p.m., the unknown suspect broke into the victim’s residence in the 5800 block of Ellsworth through a rear door and took several items of property. According to the offense report, the suspect even helped himself to some ice cream in the victim’s freezer. The suspect was caught on security video inside and outside the victim’s residence. 

The suspect is described as a White male, about 40 to 45-years-old, with brown hair and a medium build. The suspect was wearing a mesh ball cap with the words “On the Fly” on the front. 

The same suspect also burglarized a house in the 6100 block of Kenwood Avenue on the same day between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. The suspect broke into the victim’s residence through a rear door and took several items of property. Detectives gathered surveillance video from the area that shows the suspect riding a yellow rental bicycle into the victim’s yard and then leaving minutes later on the bicycle with a bag of property.

On November 27, 2017, at approximately 4:30 a.m., the suspects forced entry to Pollo Regio located at 6300 Samuell Boulevard. The suspects attempted to remove the business’ safe. This offense is documented on case number 269644-2017.
