Update: December 25, 2020, Mr. Harris has been located.

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the critical missing person James Harris.

On December 23, 2020, at about 12:00 p.m., Mr. Harris was last known to be on foot in the 1400 block of Harlandale Avenue wearing a white and brown jacket, black pants, and a black hat. Mr. Harris Is described as a Black male, 84 years old, 6’00” tall, 240 pounds, white hair, brown eyes, and maybe confused and in need of assistance.
