Dallas Police are asking for the public’s help to identify two suspects in an animal cruelty investigation.

 The preliminary investigation determined on May 23, 2023, at about 7:50 p.m., the pictured suspects removed a dog in a black wire crate from a Blue Kia Rio hatchback in the 2400 block of Dowdy Ferry Road. The suspects drove off and abandoned the dog at the scene.
