Dallas Police investigate death in 7100 block of Fair Oaks Avenue.

On November 1, 2023, at about 11:30 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a burglary in progress call in the 7100 block of Fair Oaks Avenue.  The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found Danny Walker, 42, unresponsive inside the home.  Walker was taken to a local hospital where he died.

 This investigation is ongoing and has been referred to the Dallas County Grand Jury.

Walker’s cause of death will be determined by the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office.
