On March 24, 2024, Dallas Police Officer Frank Johnson was arrested for public intoxication by the Little Elm Police Department.

Johnson was off-duty at the time of the arrest.

Johnson has been with the department since November 2013 and is currently assigned to the Southeast Patrol Division.

He is on administrative leave pending the outcome of an Internal Affairs administrative investigation.
