Dallas Police Homicide detectives are seeking the public’s assistance regarding information on the below offense.

On August 30, 2013, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 1:oo p.m.,  an unknown suspect murdered the victim seen below (Ping Li) at 110289 Harry Hines Blvd suite #c 118 while she was working.  The victim’s purse was taken and later recovered. The suspect may be a Latin male, medium build, and possibly a labor worker.  The victim had a history of using labor workers near this address.  If anyone has information relating to this offense, they are encouraged to call Detective Layton at 214-671-3659.  Please see the bulletin for more information.
