ARREST FOR AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT W/ CHILD & INDECENCY WITH A CHILD/CONTACT

John Graham Leddy

On December 15, 2015, at 11:00 p.m., the Dallas Police Department’s Child Exploitation Squad, with the assistance of the METRO Unit, arrested John Graham Leddy, a White male, 9-25-50, for Aggravated Sexual Assault/Child, Felony 1, and Indecency with a Child/Contact, Felony 2. 

This arrest is a result of an investigation involving a female child victim who was 7 years old at the time of the offenses.  Arrestee Leddy provided after school tutoring to gain access to the victim and sexually abused her from April 2015 through May 2015. Arrestee Leddy admitted to detectives that he had abused the victim. The offenses occurred at a school located in the 4400 block of S. RL Thornton Freeway.   Detectives are still searching for additional victims. 

Arrestee Leddy has been placed in Lew Sterrett Jail and bond has been set at $150,000.

The Aggravated Sexual Assault and Indecency with a Child is reported on Case # 290206-2015.
