On November 13, 2016, at approximately 3:43 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call at 9749 Harry Hines Boulevard.  Officers discovered the victim, Edgar Reyes, a 23-year-old Latin male, shot inside a vehicle in the front parking lot.  The victim was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.  His male companion, Misael Cortez, a Latin male, left the location immediately after the shooting.
