Daphne Sinclair has been located.

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Daphne Sinclair.

On December 27, 2019 at about 4:00 p.m., Ms. Sinclair was last seen at the intersection of Main St. & S. Harwood St. wearing a green hat and a blue coat. Ms. Sinclair is described as a Black female, 70 years old, 5’06” tall, 190 pounds with gray hair, brown eyes, may be confused and in need of assistance.
