Sergeant Bridget Wilson-Jones Is Honored By Nancy Lieberman Charities

On Saturday, September 11, 2021, Nancy Lieberman and Nancy Lieberman Charities hosted their 10th Annual Dream Ball Gala at the Omni Frisco Hotel.  At this year’s gala, five first responders from the Dallas/ Fort Worth metroplex were honored for their outstanding and exceptional work in the community over the course of this pandemic.  Amongst those that were honored was Dallas’ very own Sergeant Bridget Wilson-Jones.

Sergeant Wilson-Jones is a 29-year veteran of the Dallas Police Department. She currently oversees the day-to-day operations of the Jubilee Park Storefront where she has served for more than a decade.  She proudly and passionately serves the citizens of Jubilee Park with care to ensure that they have a safe and enjoyable neighborhood to call home.

During the 2021 Texas snowstorm, she put her own needs aside, weathered the storm and personally went door-to-door to make sure the seniors of Jubilee Park had the basic necessities to brave and survive the storm.  For a 92-year-old resident without electricity, heat or food during the storm, she was a saving grace.

Sergeant Wilson-Jones also oversaw a portion of security for the Fair Park Mega Vaccination site which assisted over half a million people to receive the COVID-19 vaccination.  Sergeant Bridget Wilson-Jones, congratulations and thank you!
