The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Jessie Schipper.

On January 7th, 2024 at about 1:30 pm, Ms Schipper was last seen in the 3300 block of Seevers Ave. Ms. Schipper is described as a 72-year-old woman, 5’4″,100lbs, with gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray hoodie with “Winnie the Pooh” over a denim hoodie and khaki pants. Ms Schipper may be confused and in need of assistance.
