Update: April 12, 2022

The suspect pictured has been identified as 55-year-old Tracy Steele. He has been arrested and transported to the Dallas County Jail.

On April 6, 2022, at approximately 3:30 AM, the pictured suspect took copper tubing from an air conditioning unit of the Salem Institutional Baptist Church located at 3918 Crozier Street.
