On July 5, 2019, at approximately 3:00a.m., the complainant stopped at the Shell Station at 8390 N. Stemmons Freeway. The suspect and another individual were sitting in a Red Nissan Altima talking to others in a green and black Dodge Challenger right next to the suspect vehicle by the gas pumps. The complainant went into the station and then came back out and went over to the green/black vehicle thinking she knew the occupant. As she talked to the occupant in the green/black vehicle she had her back to the red Nissan. The suspects in the red Nissan began to drive off, the black male suspect leaned out of the window and grabbed the complainants wallet out of her hand. The complainant turned around and attempted to grab her wallet as the vehicle took off, the complainant hung on for about 200 feet before the black male suspect hit her and pushed her off the vehicle. The complainant landed on the ground and skidded several feet causing severe road rash and was transported to the hospital. The suspects in the red Nissan drove all with the complainants property.
